By accessing and using Rex Labs services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Rex Labs provides materials testing and characterization services, including but not limited to:
- Thermal testing (high and low temperature)
- Mechanical testing and characterization
- Microstructural analysis
- Chemical analysis
- Custom research programs
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about samples submitted for testing, including any hazards or special handling requirements. Rex Labs reserves the right to refuse samples that pose safety risks or are unsuitable for testing.
Test results and reports are provided based on the samples submitted and testing methods employed. Rex Labs provides results with professional care and accuracy but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results are for informational purposes and should be verified independently for critical applications.
Rex Labs maintains strict confidentiality regarding client samples, test results, and proprietary information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and service agreements. Standard payment is due upon completion of testing unless otherwise agreed. Rex Labs reserves the right to withhold results until payment is received.
Rex Labs liability is limited to the cost of the testing services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or test results.
All intellectual property rights in methodologies, techniques, and proprietary processes developed by Rex Labs remain our property. Clients retain ownership of their samples and any intellectual property related to their materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Rex Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
